I am working as a Software Engineer for the University of Kentucky at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KTC); I have been working closely since 2022 with the Kentucky State government (KYTC) on their usRAP/SHIFT project.
I am adding Error-correcting/QAQC features to UK's in-house application for "coding" segments of road based on official iRAP guidelines. I am also refactoring the application's code-base to be: DRY, test-driven, and to follow best-code-practices.
